5 Stars What a Read!!!!
I devoured this book!!! It is a work of Christian fiction but there is so much reality in it! The author has woven a tale about a daughter and her troubled relationship with her father. He has a gambling addiction. However, it isn’t all about that. There is a great story line that keeps you hooked with some romance thrown in also! The author paints such a vivid picture of each scene that you can see each one!! This book would help anyone who has been wounded by any kind of addiction. It’s a redemptive, inspirational story and I stayed up too late to read it!!! Check it out!!!

Stacy Ladyman holds a BA in journalism from the University of Arkansas and has worked in nonprofit areas of behavioral health, addiction recovery groups, and faith-based communities. Married with two adult children, she lives in the Princeton, New Jersey, area. When not writing, she occasionally works as pit crew for her amateur-sports-car-racing husband. This is her debut novel.
