New Book “License to Love: Driven by Faith” Offers Unique Perspective on Faith and Positivity Through Vanity License Plates Will be Free to Download Tomorrow, November 7, 2023

In an innovative exploration of faith, debut author Catherine Green has released her book “License to Love: Driven by Faith” (Redemption Press). The book uniquely captures the messages of hope, faith, and inspiration that she has discovered on more than 950 vanity license plates.

Catherine began her intriguing journey of documenting these messages after the loss of her brother, Jerry. In her grief, she found comfort in the unexpected form of a license plate with the inscription “ROM 8 28”. Rather than viewing it as a mere coincidence, Catherine saw it as a “Godwink”, a term coined by New York Times bestselling author SQuire Rushnell to describe divine coincidences.

“License to Love” features a collection of these divine coincidences, highlighting license plates inscribed with phrases such as “B JOYOUS”, “GD WINKS”, “PRAZHIM”, “NO FEAR”, “FLE 2 GOD”, and “JC LOVES U”. Each chapter of the book offers a devotional message related to themes such as comfort, salvation, prayer, provision, forgiveness, faith, and blessings. Each message is accompanied by a relevant song title, action step, and prayer.

Catherine believes that these seemingly random messages are not coincidences but are indeed gifts from a loving God. She says, “We often think things that happen to us are coincidences when they are actually gifts from a loving God.” This belief forms the basis of “License to Love”, making it a compelling read for anyone seeking comfort and inspiration in their daily lives.

Catherine “Kitty” Green had a career in the car business, working at Chrysler dealerships, and later at the Chrysler Corporation. She and Don, her husband of thirty-six years, live in Centerville, Ohio, and have two grown daughters, Katie and Jackie.
